Oven Roasted Garlic Green Beans 1 lb of fresh green beans, trimmed  4 t. of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) 1 t. sea salt 1 t. freshly ground black pepper 1 t., or so, of lemon juice 1 Tb of minced garlic marinate 20 mins.  Bake in 425* oven for 8-12 mins.

Add the beans to boiling water,for 3-4 mins, blanch,  Drain, pat dry. Melt the butter. Stir in  mustard sugar, garlic and salt. Pour  over the green beans to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours.  Make bundles of about 8 beans each. Wrap half a bacon slice around each bundle, secure with a toothpick. Bake, at 375
