Impale Ale offers a cascade fizzy flavors: bitter bitter aroma and flavors of tropical fruits obtained by mixing the used hops (Cascade, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin & Citra) and malts (Lager Malt, Vienna Malt, Munich Malt).
Black Butte Porter - Deschutes Brewery, Bend, OR : A "supremely black porter", the beer "start6s out with fresh-brewed coffee and roast grain" aromas. "Caramel cream sweetness introduces the palate" with a "long, dry finish". It isn't a strong ale at 5.2% ABV, but it is balanced and "drinks as a session".
Delirium Nocturnum: Initially, a very good mouthfeel of alcohol and softness. This is followed by an increasing bitterness, partially from the hop, but also from the roasted malt and chocolate malt. Towards the end a nice balance between bitterness, sour and sweet.
CutThroat Porter ~ Odell Brewing Co. Not quite a stout but definitely no lightweight, Cutthroat Porter is smooth and robust. Inspired by the classic London porters, Odell Brewery uses dark roasted malts to create a deep, rich color and flavor that hint at chocolate and coffee. It's name, Cutthroat Porter, is a tribute to the Colorado state fish – with its own rich heritage and unmistakable dark coloring. 5.1% Alc. by Vol. 43 IBUs
