Stonehenge! One of the most mysterious and beautiful sites in England. Stonehenge is the most famous megalith in the world. It consists of circles of menhirs arranged in a pattern whose astronomical significance is still being explored. To see it in person was such a thrill! Visitors used to be able to wander through the stones, but now a fence encircles them. But that doesn't diminish their majesty!
