Baked Asparagus and Pot Roast! Tired of bland meals and wanting to spice it up a bit?! I spiced it up this week.. Try it out!  Baked Asparagus:  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Steam asparagus for two minutes in a skillet. 3. Transition to baking sheet and add a half cup of cherry tomatoes drizzle with 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with a 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt (you can add a bit of pepper or garlic too)  4. Bake for ten minutes  Boom.. So yummy!  My babies love my slow…
