Oven roasted potatoes  4 large potatoes   1 tablespoon fresh rosemary   1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (or any grated cheese you prefer )  2 tablespoons of olive oil   Garlic salt to taste   Fresh ground pepper    Wash and cut potatoes long ways  Mix all ingredients in a bowl or the pan you are baking in. Line the potatoes and bake on 350 until done!
