Anytime you get any sort of self-destructive or hurtful, negative thoughts, just remember they can’t hurt you unless you let them! Ignore those suckers and think of happy things like puppies and ice cream. ^U^ Chibird :)
In the future I also plan to practice my kindness by cheering people up. Lately I noted that people I'm close to appear upset, or occupied by thoughts. I plan to show kindness (maybe a compliment, or a gift) in order to cheer them up.
