Easy Lo Mein What I did:  Tossed cooked noodles in smidge sesame oil.  Used 2.5 tbsp soy in sauce Added 2 tbsp chicken stock in sauce Grilled chicken with garlic.  Used broccoli, broccoli slaw, carrot, onion. Could add others.  Added 1/4 c chicken stock to veg for sautéing in chicken pan (maybe less).  Tossed sauce with veg, added chicken, added noodles.
