Born 11/5/1921 and died 7/2/2013.  Her Royal Highness Princess Fawzia Fuad, daughter of His Majesty King Fuad I  and the former Empress of Iran (once married to the Shah of Iran).  This matching suite of diamonds comprising tiara, earrings and necklace was made for her by Van Cleef and Arpels.

Sir Frederick Napier Broome KCMG (18 November 1842–1896) was a colonial administrator in the British Empire, serving in Natal, Mauritius, Western Australia, Barbados and Trinidad.
