If 12 weeks helps you get started then great - I always found any slip ups made me give up because I never thought I could reach a goal in that time - so just get started, keep going | Be consistent, don't stop.

Reason to be fit

i hate the worry, i don't want to be model skinny but i want to feel comfortable, other skinny woman's bodies dont motivate me because thats not how MY body is. MY body will always be different than a models.

to overcome past injuries and push past any limitations they may have given me.  #motivation

This summer, this will be my inspiration as I break down my scar tissue in my side that I ripped 6 years ago.

I don't know why, because this is obvious knowledge, but this statement just hit me. hard. #truth

You dont need diet pills, slimming drinks and weight loss gadgets. all you need are running shoes, a sports bra and determination! It's true! I've lost 30 lbs since October, just running!
