KICKED IT AT THE GYM TODAY!! New trainer pushed me and pushed me!! Did 2 sets of 7 minute sprints on the elliptical today reaching my max heart rate PLUS used cable ties working CORE and TRICEPS in 4 different ways doing 4 sets of 15 each. THEN... got out the mats and did scissor and leg lift sets - OMG MY ABS!!! WHAT A WORKOUT!!
