Kalamay Hati is a Filipino rice cake made with glutinous rice flour, coconut milk and muscovado brown sugar

Royal Bibingka  2 c glutinous rice flour   1 1/2 c powdered coconut milk   1 c sugar   1/2 c evaporated milk   3 pcs egg, lightly beaten   1/2 c grated cheddar cheese   margarine   1 c water   rice flour+ sugar+ powdered coconut milk+   water+ milk+egg. Grease baking pan with margarine cover mix with al foil.190C 15 min. Sprinkle top with grated cheese cover again bake for 15 min. .Brush top generously with margarine  bake for 10 to 15 min. Brush top generously with margarine;let it cool
