We walked through Sarria this morning after visiting the monastery of St. Mary Magdalene. For those of you into mosaics, Galicia and and Sarria  is full of them!     By the way, in order to rehive  a certificate that you completed The Camino de Santiago, you must begin the Camino in Sarria or before, as you must walk at least 100 K. We stayed at the monastery of St. Mary Magdalene in Sarria. I went to urgent care and had my feet looked at while the rest of the group drank so much wine they thought it would be wise to run up the hill in their flip flops.

El camino de Santiago de compostela. Never heard of this until this summer and I have had 2 friends walk it this summer.  On our to do list for 2015.

The next time I return to Spain it will be to walk El Camino de Santiago de Compostela
