Sundays call for pancakes ! These needed a bit of adjusting, but essentially were made with wholemeal SRF, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, almond milk & baking powder. Topped with melted berries.  #motivation #vegan #vegetarian #healthyandhappy #instafood

Zucchini pasta with raw/vegan marinara sauce - 2 zucchinis spun on spiral slicer, toss with 1TBS of olive oil if desired. Put 2 tomatoes, 1/4 onion, 1/4 cup basil leaves, 1tsp Himalayan salt, 1 tsp ground pepper, 1/tsp ground ginger, 1/4 squeezed lemon juice into processor. Process till very smooth. Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top if desired. Sound good, no? NaturaSynergy.com
