4C frozen shredded hash browns, thawed 3T melted butter 1/4 tsp each S&P 7 eggs 1/4C milk 1 1/2C shredded cheese 1C diced ham Combine the hash browns, butter, salt and pepper. Spray your muffin tin. Fill the cups about 3/4 of the way with the hashbrowns and mold the hashbrowns to the cup. Bake at 400 for 20min. Mix rest of ingredients. Reduce the temp to 350 degrees. Fill the cups almost to the top bake 20-25 minutes.
