Vegetables ,broccoli ,mushroom , green peppers ,carrots , coli , cut up add onion and garlic . Mix all in pan with olive oil stir add saffron and 1/2 cup coconut milk . Cook two to three min and ready to serve on rice or with meat .

Tikka vegetables sauté mix vegetables and mushrooms with 1/2 cup tikka masala from any grocery it's already permeated in a bottle . Just sauté and add tikka and onion and 1 cup coconut milk . Whole grain brown rice and pigeon peas cook up , with garlic , chive, celery , sweet red peppers , all chopped small . Brown rice and peas in pot with a little olive oil . Add a little browning or soy sauce and ketchup in large pot . 1 cup or 2 cups equal amount of rice and peas . Add water to cover ing . Cook add more water or brith to cook until tender add all other stuff and turn off stove . Eat with salad or meat .
Healthy food Quinoa with vegetables chopped mushrooms, baby carrots and frozen peas put 2 cups of Quinoa and a hand full of other veg . Add all with three cups water in rice cooker with some fresh chives and pinch salt . Turn on and cook that's a quick vegetarian meal . 20 min .

Fish pot pie made with fish , vegetables , boil and cube potatoes cook fish and veg with a little olive oil and add 1 tbs . Of flour and sauté all add 1 cup milk and stir on low heat . Add potatoes and stir season with taste maker salt and pepper . Put in Pyrex bowls and cover top with pie crust or one biscuit on top and bake for 25 to 30 min .

Instead of crab back I make a dish with crab meat, onions , garlic, celery, chive, 1 carrot chopped , sweet pepper salt,a little bread crumbs, 1 egg and a little cheese . Mix all add a little olive oil and put in baking dish . Bake 350 for 30 min . This is a good side dish
