I am always happy after good workout. This tabata class I tought this morning in my gym. I used 45 ponds barbell and 9 pounds dumbbell. Good workout that takes only 32 minutes beside warm up 5 min and stretching 5 min afterwards. Short but effective. How about trying? luv ♥ Sigga ♥
