Food Babe Pumpkin Spice Nuts:  1 egg white whipped frothy. Add 1 tsp sea salt, 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice ( mix of cinnamon, cloves, ginger & nutmeg), ¼ tsp cayenne pepper & ¼ cup coconut palm sugar. Add  3 cups unsalted nuts (pecans, cashews, walnuts and almonds). Bake in sgl layer on parchment lined baking dish @ 250 for 1 hr. gm John 3:16
