AMARAESWARAR – KAANCHIPURAM The Amaraeswarar temple is situated in Merku Raja Veedhi. This temple was worshipped by the devas. Once upon a time the devas quarreled among themselves stating that each one was better than the other. Lord shivaa brought unity among them and removed the pride from their hearts.
