This yogurt parfait is something I eat 3 or more times per week. Frozen berries, defrosted until soft and also releasing their juices, are layered with non fat Greek yogurt, your favorite granola or other cereal and a little bit of agave nectar. Is it some elaborate, earth-shattering recipe (if I could even call it that)? Nope. However it is quick and easy, satisfying and tastes good. That’s what exactly I need all time of the year.
