Southern-Style Green Beans- cooked long and slow until melt in your mouth tender. I haven't made this particular recipe but I always cook my greens bean for a looong time to get them melt-in-your-mouth soft.
*Crock Pot Green Beans & Bacon* I used 4 slices bacon to 2 pounds beans. I also used frozen beans. I left the garlic out as I didn't really want that flavor and I used 1 tsp. of salt to the 2 pounds of beans. I could have probably even cut down to tsp.
