Grapefruit-Lovers Smoothie  serves two    1 1/2 cups pink grapefruit juice – freshly squeezed is best!  3/4 cup wild blueberries  1/2 cup strawberries  1/2 cup ice  1 ripe banana (frozen or fresh – your choice)  1 kiwi, peeled (optional)  1/2 tsp spirulina powder  Blend. Pour. Sip. Smile. Have an energized morning!
