Percy's Perfect Porridge - Tina’s Tip:  It is not neccesary to soak if you don’t have the time.  It does however make a creamier porridge and saves cooking time.  This recipe can be made ahead of time as it re-heats well.  Just take one portion out of the bowl, add a little more milk and heat for a minute or two.  Great for those days when time for breakfast is short.  Also excellent sprinkled with sunflower seeds, linseed or pumpkin seed.  Really sets you up for the day!
