This is a zombie book. Once again I am surprised. It is a great story. the author pulled me in with the clever twists and turn that make up this thriller. The characters are very smart and likable. The story takes place after the world is filled with zombies and the normal people have found way to live a some what normal life. Everyone carries guns and ammo. This is a fun read and makes one think of the" What Ifs".

Great zombie novel awesome characters, amazing world building! Book takes place 20 yrs after the zombie uprising, pretty aweome look at how humans have adapted to the world around them post rising.

Exactly

"I'm just going to read a few pages of my book." Translation: I'm going to read at least 100 pages. Leave me alone. I'll see you when I see you. Lol, my husband hates when I find a new series to read.

Redeployment by Phil Klay. This book continues in the tradition of The Things They Carried by bringing readers into the chaos of the lives of soldiers at home and in Iraq with brutal honesty.

Books INFP-love >Agree with this pinner.>"There have been occasions when I've expressed that one should not give me fantastical material. I am very childlike in that I will take to it, even if I employ my rational mind, part of me will believe the magic."

It's strange because sometimes, I read a book, and I think I am the people in the book. I kinda also feel like this about tv shows/ movies.
