From my view, many pedestrian-center streets in China are very successful. They are deployed just like this image. Cars are not allowed driven in to this street , which gives the people enough space walk.It is also more safe than before. Besides, the two sides of the street are  commercial area including many kinds of stores, restaurants and entertainment space , which gives people many service. What is more, green plants are in the pedestrian. They makes better comfortable environment  .

L’une des plus grosses opérations parisiennes de restructuration, PariSquare, consiste à transformer un ancien parking en bureaux modernes et lumineux. En 2014, Crédit Agricole Immobilier livrera dans le quartier de la Bastille, à Paris 11e, un programme de bureaux dans des bâtiments entièrement restructurés. Il s’agissait à l’origine d’un immense garage utilisé par les Taxis Parisiens comme parking et ateliers de réparation. Le bâtiment R + 6 d’origine comptait 40 000 m² de planchers.
