Most people are chronically dehydrated and don't know it. When you feel hungry try having a glass of water. Often this alone will cure the hunger! If you sweat a lot (I do) then you need more than just water to replace lost fluids. Make sure you supplement your diet with good quality Celtic or Himalayan sea salt. Even if you don't sweat a lot, we all need natural salt in our diets. It's full of trace minerals that are essential but hard to come by :)

Learn the difference. If you feel hungry, drink a glass of ice cold water. If you're still hungry after that, then you may eat. But don't tell yourself you're hungry because of a small craving.
