Wallowa Lake is nestled in the Wallowa Mountains of Eastern Oregon. The lake is well known for camping, cabin rentals, fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, and horseback riding. Popular winter sports include cross-country skiing and snomobiling. The area called Oregon's Little Switzerland is nearby. There are also 50 high mountain lakes in the area.
