1 cup raw nuts 1 cup rolled oats 2/3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut 2 T milled flaxseed 1 tsp cinnamon pinch of salt 2/3 cup nut butter 2-3 T pure maple syrup or honey,1/2 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup dried cranberries Grind the nuts and oats in a food processor. If too dry, add water 1T at a time. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. .
