Distillery - Shelburne Orchards Two hoga pot stills.  Our first batch of 100 bottles in 2011 at 2 years old. Our first distillation was Dec 6th 2009. We decided we wanted to wait and let it age 6 more years. This will give the brandy added smoothness, oak flavor and it will give us some barrels to blend if we so desire.  Where?! The distillery is located right here on the orchard, where we grow the apples, press the cider, ferment it in tanks to make hard cider, distill it into...
