Mama and babies.  Eastern Screech Owls.

My first time experiencing the fledging process of the Eastern Screech Owls. The parent stopped by the nest and flew away, trying to get the baby to leave the nest one by one. Guess what, they all fledged successfully that evening.

This is the second oldest owlet of the three owls that I have been watching. The size of their horns determines which owl was born first and so on.They are doing fine and I am on way out to check on them this evening.
