3c pineapple juice 1-1/2c br sugar 1-1/2 T must powder 1/3c ketch 1/3c red wine vin 1-1/2T lemon ju 2T soy sc 1/2t cloves 2t ginger 4 cl garlic, 1/2t cayenne  2# rack ribs 18oz BBQ sc. In dish, mix juice, sugar, mustard, ketchup, vin, lemon, soy. Season w cloves, ginger,garlic,cayenne. Cut into serving size. Cover, marinate in fridge, turn occ, 8hr-overnight. Cook in marinade @ 275 1 1/2hr, turn occ. Lightly oil grate. Grill 15-20mn, basting with sauce, turn freq til glazed.
