OMG. I adapted your recipe and LOVE it! Here's what I did: 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 4 oz cream cheese, 2 Tbsp xylitol, dash of heavy cream, dash of vanilla, 1 cup ice cubes, 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk and 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder. It's SOOOOO good! Just like cheescake. Mmmm!
Lea's Cooking: "Strawberry Salad" - If you don't like the consistency of cottage cheese, you can purée it or you could sub sour cream instead. I have tried it both ways with Orange Fluff jello salad and it was a success.
