Apple Cobbler Squares from the Omni Diet: I had a sweet craving for sheet cake (which we have in the freezer), but decided to try this recipe instead.  I substituted brown sugar for erythritol and admittedly ate this with vanilla bean ice cream, but it was pretty good!  It has a peanut flavor to it due to the almond butter and was easy to make.

Maple Pecan Breakfast Bars from the  Change Your Brain, Change Your Body Cookbook!  I eat this every single day, heated up for 15 seconds in the microwave and drizzled with agave nectar!  It's my favorite part of the day.  I usually eat a little after I cook it (hence the gap in the photo).

Spicy Fry Sauce! SO GOOD!  I'm addicted to this.      1/4 cup mayonnaise      1/4 cup ketchup      1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper      1/4 teaspoon onion powder      1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper      1/8 teaspoon salt  (except I do 2 parts ketchup to 1 part mayo)
