Guillaume de Chartres. It was in 1209 during the fourth Crusade that Guillaume succeeded Philippe de Plassiez becoming the fourteenth Grand Master of the Knights Templar. This position he held until his passing at their camp before Damietta in 1219.
Foulques d'Orglandes. Took the Cross in 1218 to join the fifth crusade. He loaned 100 livres from the merchants of Genoa under guarantee of Mathieu de Montmorency, Constable of France. The deed pertaining is recorded Damietta, September 1219.
