Snail Race Game-on left was list of snail players(that changed as children came and left-numbered for turns after a few disagreements about whose turn it was :-)-under and above is 1 tally sheet that a child designed for  what color snail won how many games-andeach child wanted a copy so we made copies for all the players

Snail Race game~add graph for children to record which color snails reach the finish line first (good first game for helping children practice turn taking without individual competition)

Really like this!  Even if I don't have my class do it, I could make/share mine. Fun!

First day "about me by the numbers" activity. Going to have my students put this on the first page of the Interactive Math Notebooks.
