Tender chicken drumsticks cooked on top of layers of thin sliced potatoes and onions. Made this for Valentine's dinner. Very flavorful, simply delicious. Boys loved it! I only put in 1 cup of chicken broth but at the end of cooking there was a lot of liquid in the dish. I will have to cut it to 1/2 cup, if not less. Will make again!

Added raw cubed chicken and baked for about 60 minutes. Even with the chicken it didn't need so much sauce. Maybe omit soup. Use sour cream and soup mix instead of buying onion dip. Tots fell apart so might as well use hash browns. JW
