Chai. 4 cardamom pods,  5 cloves 6 fennel seeds 1\2  teaspoon vanilla estract 1 cm of ginger 1\4 cinnamon stick 2 star anise 4 allspices pods 4 black pepper whole pods 60 gr. cane sugar  2 tea spoons of black tea 250 ml. of milk 300 ml. of water. Combine the spices in pan with water boil. Cover, simmer 5 minutes. remove from the heat. Rest covered 10 minutes. boil mixture again add the tea, remove from heat and rest for other 5 minutes. Heat the milk and add to tea, add sugar and stir.

Add to milk or other beverages to get a dose of turmeric. Honey, coconut oil and on-hand spices.
