I melted some glycerin soap in a double boiler, poured it into plastic soap molds (you can use a loaf pan in a pinch, you'll just need to slice wedge into individual soaps, or use small plastic storage containers) , then added a few glow in the dark bugs, scary spiders, and skeleton bones (is that redundant?), popped it in the fridge for a short while, and VOILA!...ghoulishly good glycerin soaps for the powder room.
