Ingredients: 1 pound parsnips, peeled and cubed ½ pound turnips, peeled and cubed ½ cup vegetable broth olive oil ½ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoon dried thyme pinch of cracked pepper Instructions: Put the parsnips and turnips into a pot of water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes until tender. Use a food processor to blend the parsnips and turnips together. Add vegetable broth, olive oil, sea salt, thyme, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
