Homemade Indian Tikka Masala 8 chicken fillets, 3 tins tomatoes Garam masala 1 pot natural yoghurt 2 pots cooking cream Garlic, Ginger, coriander (fresh herbs) 3/4 onions, Rice, Nann bread Marinade diced chicken in the yoghurt, some ginger, garlic, masala & coriander for few hours/over night. Sauce: fry onions, more garlic, ginger, masala & coriander, add tomato simmer for 30min. Handblend when done. Cook marinade chicken at 180 for 40min in oven. Add to sauce. Add cream & simmer. Serve!
