#paleo Amazing Banana Bread: 4 very ripe bananas, mashed; ½ cup coconut oil or grass-fed butter, melted; 4 free-range eggs; 1tsp vanilla; 1½ tsp cinnamon; ½ cup organic coconut flour (do not substitute another flour – it will not work); 1 heaping tsp baking soda; ¼ tsp salt | optional add-ins: ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips, walnuts, pecans, slivered almonds, raisins, etc.
Breakfast bread with egg and almond butter. Interesting idea. blend almond butter with eggs, cinnamon, a little maple syrup, and vanilla...THATS IT! no other ingredients!!! Crazy...I bet banana or date would also be good instead of the maple syrup
Apple muffins: 2 cups applesauce 4 eggs ½ cup blanched almond flour or almond meal 1/3 cup coconut flour, sifted 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans ½ cup shredded coconut 2/3 cups sliced almonds 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp cloves ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp baking soda 1 fresh cooking apple, cut into small ¼” pieces (you could also substitute raisins)
