Topped with home grown frozen raspberries, my solidified Pip & Nut coconut almond butter, some homemade kutya, ground flaxseed and cacao nibs.' OH JESS you've done it again - simply wonderful! Apple and Cinnamon Baked Oats - one of my favourite breakfast recipes created for @Vivolifeuk

From runs_on_plants (Instagram) To make this yummy breakfast combine: .5 cups oats (soaked in .75 cups water) 1 frozen banana 1.5 frozen pears 1 tsp. @amazinggrass green superfood 1 tsp. maca powder .25 of a ripe avocado 1 inch fresh ginger Blend until smooth and pour into the bottom of a serving bowl or jar. half way and layer with rawnola then... Add: 1/2 of a large beet (peeled and chopped) To the rest of the smoothie and blend again until smooth. Layer this on top of rawnola layer.

Crunchy Bounty mini bites (from shisodelicious): 2 cups desiccated coconut 1 cup soft dates 1/2 tsp vanilla Pinch of salt 1/4 cup cacao nibs (I use @therawchocco) Blend the first 4 ingredients in a high speed blender until it starts clumping together Transfer to a bowl and mix in the cacao nibs Squish down the mixture into the bottom of a normal rectangular break/cake tin Leave somewhere cool to firm up then tip out and cut in small squares.

Roasted Berry Nice Cream From cravingnaturesgoods on Instagram:  Roast a giant handful of strawberries and blueberries at 350 for 7-10 minutes. In the meantime combine 1 frozen banana, 4 cubes of frozen coconut milk, 3-4 watermelon chunks (frozen if possible) or extra banana, small handful of cashews, vanilla bean seeds or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract & @sunwarriortribe natural protein powder. Blend it all in high speed blender and then swirl in roasted fruit. Enjoy!
