Mama Antonietta e Mama Paolina for me. We didn't all say nonna. The difference is we used grandma's first names instead of surnames. For example not Grandma Smith nor Grandma Johnson, which is offensive because they're close family, but Grandma Mary or Grandma Ann. Mama combined with their first names was a sign of respect and affection.
