Arthur W. Todd - Musician. He was a guitar player and with his wife Doris on piano, they were known as the singing duo, Art and Dotty Todd. They hold the distinction of being one-hit wonders in both the U.S. and UK, but with different songs. In 1953, they scored a number one hit in England with, "Broken Wings". In America, their song "Chanson d'Amour" peaked at number six on Billboard's Top 40 list, remaining on the charts for 11 weeks in 1958.
