Velours bleu marine, décor de perles en acier, talon celluloïd incrusté de strass par le bottier Hellstern.  The original website no longer exists.  These shoes were made by Hellstern and Sons, a French shoemaker in Paris from the mid-1800's at least through the 1920's from the shoes I've found.  Looking for more information. One ref says House of Hellstern primarily manufactured men's shoes. Founded 1870.
