Broccoli Cole Slaw Recipe. Saute 1/2 stick butter and 1 pkg broken up ramen noodles. Toss noodles, 1 pkg broccoli cole slaw and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds. Mix 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 4 TBSP apple cider vinegar. Poor over cole slaw, serve cold. Optional: Add 1/4 cup slivered almonds to slaw, top with sliced green onions
