This is more profound that it initially seems. How many of us work ourselves into a bad mood thinking about how much fitter we ought to be rather than expending the energy doing some bodyweight exercises or just moving around? (Guilty as charged.)
This is the year I actually set specific goals. I've achieve a number of them too - smashed them completely in some cases. And it has encouraged me to set more. And to monitor them. I wasn't a believer in the process before - but I am now...what have you got to loose?
