Mini-éclairs au saumon fumé. Smokedsalmon in puff pastry w/ herb cheese These look so fantastic unfortunately the recipe is in French, but it is basically very fresh bakery rolls, cream cheese (or you can use already herbed soft cheese ) mixed w/ herbs and a little butter on roll ( it's French) and Lox or cold cooked salmon or smoked salmon wld be gd too ;)
