Cherry Berry Vanilla GGMS Created By: Leslie Rucker 2 teabags Blueberry Tea 1.5 T. Ginger Juice (Puree ginger root and water, strain for ginger juice) 2 T. Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp THM Sweet Blend 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp cherry extract Steep tea in 2 cups of boiling water and allow to cool. Remove tea bags and add other ingredients. Stir. Add ice & water to fill 4 quart mason jar. Enjoy!
The cherry limeade worked like a charm! Half of a lime squeezed and sliced- 1 Tbl Apple Cider Vinegar- 1/2 tsp ginger- 2 tsp stevia- 3/4 tsp cherry extract- water and ice. This could probably handle a little more ACV, but otherwise the taste is perfect!!
Strawberry Limeade GGMS - THM: 2 cups water 2 Tbsp ACV (raw apple cider vinegar) 3 pkts NuStevia (or your sweetener of choice) juice of 1 lime 1/2 tsp ginger powder 5 frozen strawberries Put all of this in blender and mix well then serve over ice.
