Monday, August 22, 2016 – It’s a simple fact that sometimes life is challenging. Staying on the path that leads to your dreams can be a lot of work & involve a lot of self pep talks. Family & friends are not always supportive and, in fact, can make things more difficult if they are always telling you why you “can’t” accomplish something. Ignore the naysayers, stay motivated and continue working towards your goals. Keep the faith & always keep moving forward towards your dream.

I know I have these time periods in my life, sometimes frequently. Visualize how your life will change after reaching your goal & focus on that joy. Don’t give up. Hang on tightly to your hopes & dreams until the tough times pass. When you continue moving forward, you will be all the stronger for your determination & tenacity.
