MANGO KIWI SMOOTHIE:   ( Makes 4 smoothies)  2 1/2 C frozen mango, 3/4 Cup vanilla fat-free yogurt, 1/4 C honey,2 Tbsp water,1/2 tsp grated lime rind,3 ripe kiwifruit, peeled 2 C ice,2 Tbsp green tea,1/2 C packed baby spinach.8 Scoops Vi Shake mix. mix mango, Take 4 scoop shake mix,1/2 c yogurt, 2 Tbsp honey, water, lime. divide in 4 glasses, freeze. Then mix 1/4 C yogurt, 4 scoop shake mix, 2 tbsp honey, kiwi, rest of ing, gently spoon over mango mix top with kiwi slice.
